iiM GmbH, based in Suhl, develops and produces industrial lighting solutions for image processing under the LUMIMAX® brand, including high-performance LED ring lights. The optical components of these systems are manufactured using precise assembly and bonding processes, where even the slightest dust particles can impair product quality.
For the assembly of their sensitive laser products, the team required a controlled, dust-free working environment. A full-fledged cleanroom solution would have been oversized for these specific manufacturing steps.

Result
Already in the first production batches under the flow box, the desired result was evident in daily operations:
To date, we have received no complaints regarding dust inclusions in the initial production batches manufactured under the box.
